With the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce as the application of information technology,in the field of foreign trade increasingly play a key role.However,B2B cross-border e-commerce in China is still in its infancy,both in the relevant theory or business practice are in a state of inadequate.The Double-Ring Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.I founded was engaged in foreign trade import business,and now it is transiting to a B2B cross-border e-commerce platform,so I can make some exploration and practice of B2B cross-border e-commerce model.This paper first summarizes the relevant theory of e-commerce and supply chain theory.Secondly,through the construction of intelligent e-commerce platform theory,from the perspective of improving the efficiency of cross-border trade in B2B,based on the concept of supply chain integration,put forward the vertical industry B2B cross-border e-commerce the construction method of the platform,including the design strategy and mode of the e-commerce platform and the process of the construction of the cross-border supply chain.Finally,this paper makes an empirical study on the "special equipment" of the double-loop energy technology limited company the Feasibility and Effectiveness of Intelligent E-commerce Platform,Through the analysis of empirical cases,this paper believes that cross-border e-commerce platform for the promotion of cross-border trade efficiency,which can effectively integrate cross-border supply chain,and can promote the healthy development of the industry.It will have a significant role in promoting the future of foreign trade activities will occupy an increasingly important position.Enterprises should be good at grasp the opportunity to be able to take the initiative in the future competition.
