Reserch On The Development Stategy Of Fairylake Tea Industry In Dongyuan

2018 nineteen report of the party put forward clearly,the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country,adhere to the agricultural and rural development priority according to the industrial prosperity,livable,civilized,effective governance,and rich,establish and improve the development of institutional mechanisms and policy system of urban and rural integration,accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.It is an urgent problem to find out how to find the breakthrough of rural revitalization,and to make a practical and feasible course of action.According to the annual report of agricultural statistics,the output value of primary tea is up to 6800 million yuan,tea market can not be underestimated.With the increasing demand,tea has gradually formed a trend in recent years.Therefore,the development of rural tea industry is one of the ways to carry out the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and promote farmers to get rid of poverty.Dongyuan’s tea hill because of its geographical conditions,the development of tea industry has natural advantages.At present,the tea planting area value of Dongyuan county is about 4830 thousand mu,annual total production of tea is more than 1483 tons,and the total income of the tea industry is over 330 million yuan.In 2000,Dongyuan’s tea base was listed as "high quality tea demonstration base in Guangdong".However,after twenty years of development,the deep problems in development are gradually revealed.How to get out of the dilemma,improve the competitiveness of the tea industry in Dongyuan county and open a new situation is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper uses the "Diamond Model" as the analysis method,analyzes six aspects of the situation of tea industry in Dongyuan County,found out the development problems,and finally puts forward the countermeasures.There has a good quality of tea,but in the current development is still facing the problem of shortage of labor,tea technology is not standard,lack of market development,consumer discrimination,low mix tea market impact phenomenon.The recommendations are: unified organization and recruitment team;combined with the establishment of a unified tea factory;increase investment to update the tea manufacturing equipment;develop tea market;promote the tea knowledge to consumers;the implementation of the certification system.This series of measures to County Bureau of agriculture,tea association,growers work together to promote the development of tea industry in Dongyuan,which led to the further development of Dongyuan County economy.
