Research On Sustainable Development And Incentive Mechanism Of Litchi Industry Based On Diamond Model

Since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to agricultural and rural development,and agricultural modernization,increasing farmers’ income,and the transformation and upgrading of rural industries have all become the focus of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Zhenlong town has its characteristic litchi industry as "hometown of litchi".Since statistics,the history of planting litchi in the town has exceeded 300 years,and there are many kinds of litchi,90% of which are the local characteristic high-quality improved litchi.Zhenlong town of Huizhou city,Guangdong province has the innate advantage of producing litchi,natural climate and regional sports conditions provide good conditions for litchi growth,on the premise of litchi production guarantee,how to use this advantage for producer income has become a research subject,reasonable use of litchi production advantage can achieve industry prosperity,and can boost rural revitalization and agricultural modernization process.At present,in the development process of litchi industry in Zhenlong Town,there are some problems such as poor industrial scale,low production standard,unreasonable labor structure,not intensive decentralized management,not prominent variety advantage,low level of industrial support and organization.Therefore,this paper chooses to study this topic.This paper proposes and solves the problems existing in the development of litchi industry in Zhenlong.This paper uses the literature method,the field research,and the empirical analysis of the diamond model.First of all,the production situation,quality situation,farmers’ situation,planting cooperatives situation and brand situation of the litchi industry in Zhenlong Town Sales situation analysis.Then,from the analysis of the diamond model based on the perspective of opportunity and government.Finally,according to the data and visits,the problems in the development of Zhenlong litchi industry are analyzed and put forward solutions.
