Export trade plays an important role in a counttry's national economy, and the international trade environment is still not optimistic. The export trade of all countries in the world is generally weak.In addition, with the deepening of the trend of regionalization and globalization, the relations between countries and countries are increasingly close, the traditional trade barriers represented by tariffs are decreasing, the level of Global trade liberalization is increasing, and the space for promoting trade growth through reducing tariffs is limited, and the port environment, customs efficiency, and system are limited. The importance of trade facilitation measures, such as degree and environment,to reduce trade costs has been highlighted, and has become a new channel for governments and international economic organizations to search for sustained and steady growth of trade.Based on the above background, the purpose of this paper is to study the effects of trade facilitation(STFI,DTFI)on export trade in export and destination countries, and to examine the heterogeneity of industry.Using the data constructed by the world bank's transnational investigation, this paper studies the export trade of 65 countries for 2010-2014 years, and empirically tests the effect of trade facilitation on the export trade of heterogeneous industries by using the Poisson pseudo maximum likelihood estimation method. The results show that:(1)the increase in the level of trade facilitation in export and destination countries has significantly promoted the export growth and export structure optimization of a country, and the effect of trade facilitation in exporting countries is greater than that of the destination country.(2)there are significant differences between the countries in different stages of development, and the increase in trade facilitation in developing countries can significantly promote the growth of enterprises' export.(3)direct and indirect effects:(I)the significant and significant positive impact of(STFI)and DTFI on the high export of external financing depends mainly on the increase of the total import and export volume and the number of exporters by promoting the indirect effects of specific activities of the industry. For the export participation decision of high enterprises with high dependence on external financing,STFI is mainly through The direct effect of reducing the cost and shortening the transaction time will promote the enterprises to enter the export market, while the improvement of DTFI has not significant impact on the entry of these enterprises into the destination country market;(II)the significant promotion of the total export of contract intensive industries and the decision-making of export participation is used, and STFI and DTFI are mainly through the promotion of the industry. The indirect effect of economic activity is realized;in addition,STFI is mainly driven by direct effect and DTFI mainly through indirect effect on the growth of exporters in contract intensive industries. For exporters' average export volume, the effect of DTFI is not obvious, and STFI is mainly through reducing the direct effect of export trade costs. There is a positive impact on the exporter's average export scale. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations for improving the level of trade facilitation. It includes:increasing infrastructure construction, simplifying customs procedures and formalities, strengthening government management functions, regulating and improving rules and regulations.
