The human resource management is the core of modern enterprise management.The first problem is how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,but also is the problem of incentive mechanism.This is to improve enterprise productivity,which plays an important role in the enterprise economic benefits.The North Star Company as the research object,using literature research method,empirical analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,has conducted the research and the analysis to the North Star Company employees incentive mechanism,diagnosis of problems and reveal the deep reason of the problem,put forward the countermeasure.Research shows that,the lack of planning and design,employee occupation career performance appraisal system is not perfect,the unreasonable salary structure,incentives single is the main problems of the North Star Company employees incentive.In view of these problems,combined with the actual North Star Company,put forward to build the salary incentive mechanism,perfect employee training system,the establishment of the occupation career planning,the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,the establishment of communication and feedback mechanism.
