Competition between enterprises in the final analysis.is the talent competition,under the background of the new era.Excellent talent is irreplaceable and inimitable,who represents the core competitiveness from enterprises.The value of human resources depends on the combined impact of competency and employee loyalty.How to cultivate employee loyalty to develop their maximum value and achieve business goals will inevitably become the focus and unavoidable topic for every enterprise.Combining the four dimensions of employee loyalty,we found the following problems exist in K company:work attitude slack,low morale,staff identity weaken and obvious turnover intention.We analyzed the reasons resulting in low level of employee loyalty,combining with observation and interview.The main reasons were as follows:Firstly,the manager's responsibility was not uniform.Secondly,lack of effective communication.Thirdly,the incentive mechanism was no perfect.Fourthly,the K Company paid little attention to promotion and training,which can't improve staff skills in the true sense.We came to conclusion as below to cultivation employee loyalty according to reasons resulting in low level employee loyalty situation:Firstly,perfect the manager responsibility mechanism and regulate role responsibility between staff and manager.Secondly,strengthen the internal communication and establish Appeals Committee to reflect any dissatisfaction and feedback as they can mitigate complain.Thirdly,perfect the incentive mechanism.Fourthly,expand the promotion channel and build training system.In summary,the research countermeasures of this paper have certainly guiding significance to improve the employee loyalty of K Company.We can detain the core talents for the enterprise through cultivating the dedication of employee to the enterprise.On the other hand,the research of K Company's employee loyalty cultivation strategy has realistic research significance and reference significance for the peer companies.
