The human resources play an irreplaceable important role in the process of the development of enterprises,and it has became the most important source of competitive advantage.The importance and particularity of human resources determines that enterprises must be able to attract talent,retain talent,and explore the value of talent fully.It has became a problem of how to deal with the problem of staff turnover,especially for small and micro enterprises.Fuxin Chiyu Petroleum Machin-ery Company,Ltd.is a typical Small and micro enterprise,and staff turnover has became a serious problem in this company.The main reasons for the staff turnover of this company are lacking of humanistic care for employees,lacking of the real needs of employees,low recognition of the enterprise development target of employees,and the company's performance appraisal and incentive mechanism is not sound,etc.Based on the related theories,we should take the following countermeasures:to update the concept,and recognize the importance of preventing staff turnover truly;to strengthen and improve the humanistic concern for employees;to Increase communication to understand the real needs of workers;to strengthen the sense of participation and subjective consciousness,and to improve the supporting mechanism,especially the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.
