The Application Of Checklist Management In J Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Law Enforcement Case

With the course of reform and opening-up policy has been to the glorious fourth decade,the tobacco monopoly management has also entered into a period of deepening reform.It is an effective attempt to promote the higher development quality of tobacco industry with resorted to Checklist Management theory,piloted at J Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,conducted the research on the management of law enforcement case.Checklist Management is a supportive management tool of the quality management system,with its distinct orientation and planning ensuring to maximized the process of management activities and results.Case management is the key and difficult point in tobacco monopoly management.With the practice to integrate Checklist Management connotation and principles to case management can make the monopoly management work more efficient,bringing out the raise of basic tobacco monopoly management level.This paper starts from the theory of checklist management and case management and summarizing their background,objectives,methods,and characteristics.Being directed against two major problems existed in the volume management of J Tobacco Monopoly Bureau attributed to four aspects:cognition,process,personnel and working methods,applied with checklist management theory to find the solution strategy and determine the objectives,plans,staffing and control methods.Finally,through the application of 100 days in J Tobacco Monopoly Bureau,the desired improvement goal has been achieved.
