Research On The Coordinated Development Of "production-life-ecology" In Rural Areas

China has a lager number of rural population and area.“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is the problem of nation economic development in the new period faces the prominent problems,“The national agricultural modernization plan(2016-2020)”,pointed out that the fundamental way out for agriculture lies in modernization,and put forward insist the basic principle to propel production,living and ecology synergy development,promote agricultural modernization vigorously.Production,living and ecology synergy development,to make agriculture more strong,farmers more rich,countryside more beautiful,has great significance to the construction of new countryside.This paper taking 12 villages as the research object in Kouguan of Shandong province,combined with domestic and foreign related research foundation,first,defining the concept of “rural areas”,“production,living and ecology”,“synergy development”,qualitative analysis the production,living and ecology development status quo of study area.Second,from man-land relations coordinate theory,area sustainable development theory,synergetics theory,build a production,living and ecology system synergy degree model,quantitative evaluation the production,living and ecology synergy development condition of 12 villages.According to the production,living and ecology system synergy level and the development status of 12 villages,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the synergy development of production,living and ecology.The results show that production,living and ecology system become more orderly the 12 villages as a whole from 2007 to 2016,has synergy relationship in the production,living and ecology system.Production,living and ecology system synergy degree of internal difference is more apparent for each village,synergy degree above 0.4 in Yanjiazhuang and Xiaodiji,synergy development of production,living and ecology has the highest level,in a state of good synergy degree.Synergy degree between 0.3 to 0.4 in Xiaobeigou,Dongjialou,Beishan and Yinjiaping,production,living and ecology has a synergy relationship,synergy degree is not high.Synergy degree between 0.2 to 0.3 in Beihuitou and Zhangjiapingzi,village orderly degree of change is minimized,system synergy degree best.Synergy degree is 0 in Beiping,Baishizi,Heishizi and Yujiaguzi,production,living and ecology system no synergy relationship.Through qualitative analysis of the development of production,living and ecology,the ecological environment is favorable,the agricultural production condition is relatively single,modern agriculture develops slowly,the farmers' income is low.Through the synergy degree model of measuring results,ecological status is relatively good,production development is relatively slow,living standard need to improve.Study area village production,living and ecology synergy degree is not high,to the road of rural revitalization,improve the ability of agricultural production base,to promote rural economic development and ecological construction,realize the strong agricultural,rich farmers,beauty rural,to promote the synergy development of production,living and ecology.
