With the rapid development of science and technology in modern world,the globalization of logistics industry has a deep impact on various industries.The forklift industry,as a link of the logistics industry,meets a fierce competition and unknown opportunities.The forklift industry is also gradually occupied a place in the area of logistics industry.It is very important that how to increase the working efficiency on fully material handling operation.In this research,after analyzing the main problems of performance management system with the basic knowledge of existing performance management theory,we have designed a new performance management system based on the existing performance management system of LX Forklift Company.There are some benefits easily to be found on a new performance management system.For example,a reasonable and timely evaluation for employee,improving satisfaction of employee and reducing separation rate of employee.And this could also make a personal development.It could make a summary for a certain cycle performance evaluation and show them to the top management of enterprise to provide basic information then they will be easy to make some decisions.In the process of performance evaluation,we mainly apply the method of management by objectives,key performance indicators,balanced score card to construct the main evaluation index.And based on the experience,we calculate the weight of the index.Then we get the final structure of the performance evaluation system.We use 360 degree evaluation method to make the assessment for the employee.In the implementation of performance evaluation system,we advise to establish a security committee and issue some institutions.The establishment of performance management committee is composed of the general manager and the director of human resources and the manager of the performance evaluation department.And the general manager will take the leadership and make the guidance for all the members.Finally,based on the research,some conclusions have been drawn and also some revelations have been given.Although there are some shortcomings in this research,the improvement of performance evaluation system has promoted on the improvement of the performance management level in whole company.
