Research On The Financing Problems Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Zijin County

Since 2008,all regions in China have gradually placed the center of the work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers on the development of specialized farmer cooperatives.In 2017,the party's report on the Nineteenth Congress proposed to implement the strategy of revitalizing villages,stressing that the issue of agriculture and rural peasants is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood,and that the issue of “three rural issues” must always be regarded as a top priority of the work of the whole Party.After 10 years of development,the farmers' professional cooperatives are still the only way for the development of modern agriculture,and are the direction of the development of rural economic organizations in China.As a new rural cooperative economic organization,farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in the development of China's agricultural economy.However,at present,the development of farmer professional cooperatives is facing serious shortage of funds and financing difficulties.These problems have become the bottleneck that restricts the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Although the country has introduced relevant policies and laws to support it,the financing difficulties have affected the further expansion of the scale of farmer professional cooperatives.Therefore,analyzing and researching the financing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives,and finding out the reasons for the difficulties in financing and finding effective solutions to solve the financing difficulties of farmers' professional cooperatives are conducive to promoting the healthy development of farmers' professional cooperatives,which in turn will accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.As the core of modern economy,finance plays an important role in supporting the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Zijin County is a traditional agricultural production area,and agriculture is its main industry.Under the call of the national policy and the overall trend,the farmer professional cooperatives in Zijin County have shown rapid development in terms of quantity and scale.This paper takes Zijin County Farmers' Professional Cooperatives financing as the research object.Based on summarizing existing research results at home and abroad,the research aims and research significance are planned,research ideas are designed,research methods are selected,and cooperatives and financing theory are used.As a guide,based on the factual basis of the "Zijin County Farmers' ProfessionalCooperatives Financing Questionnaire",it was found that there is insufficient financial institution support,there is less internal funds in the cooperatives,and government financial support is small.This is to address the financing problems that arise during the course of operations.Analysis,from the perspective of farmers' professional cooperatives,financial institutions,and government,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward suggestions for farmers' professional cooperatives,financial institutions,and the government,and tries to point out the directions for the development of Zijin County cooperatives.
