Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Being the main modern form of business in the current China’s rural development, Farmer specialized cooperatives experienced a long process of development. This paper which is based on the background of the farmers’professional cooperatives studies the development process of China’s farmer cooperatives. At the same time, it draws on the development experiences of overseas farmer organizations and new things on current development of the Internet to inspire new directions for the future development of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives. Through the three levels of China, Shanxi province, Lingchuan Pioneer professional breeding cooperatives, the paper analyzes the current management status of farmer specialized cooperatives. In the case of mining the truth of operating conditions, it comes to the conclusion that the problems on the current farmer specialized cooperatives, including product, sales, finance, human resources, cooperation. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the five aspects. The main idea of this paper is Background-Development-Status-Case-finding problems-solving problems. By this way, the development process, the actual situation and the development direction of the farmer specialized cooperatives are clearly presented.
