An Analysis On China Merchants Bank And Industrial Bank Financial Performance,Financial Policy And Financial Strategy

In recent years with the rapid development of Chinese economy,in the financial environment to further open at the same time,China bank industry is faced with hitherto unknown challenge.This thesis will study China Merchants Bank and Industrial Bank and analyze their financial statements using three-dimensional financial analysis model.Evaluate their financial performance and strategy by using financial strategy matrix.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part includes the first,second and third chapters,elaborating Merchants Bank and Industrial Bank of capital markets,financial indicators and basic financial condition under the current macroeconomic situation of China,for the later part of the paper to pave the way.The second part includes the fourth,fifth,sixth and seventh chapter,using the method of camel and factor decomposition basing on the two banks' financial analysis.It is analysing the matrix of financial strategy and financial policy.It obtaines problems from the analysis of these data.The third part includes the eighth chapter,which analyzes the causes of these problems,as well as the problems which the two banks facing to and the recommendations and measures which should be taken in the current financial environment.The paper uses a certain technical method to analyze from the two banks' basic situation,draws its present problems,led to the many reasons,as well as measures to resolve these problems that should be taken.
