The Research Of Benefit Coupling Mechanism Between Farmers And Leading Enterprises In Fujian Agricultural Industrialization

With the constant deepening of the rural economic system reform in our country, the contradiction of small farmers and big market under the household contract responsibility system is becoming the key factor hindering the development of the agriculture in our country, agricultural industrialization is an effective way to resolve this contradiction. It is proved that effective cooperation between leading enterprises and farmers has a great significance to accelerate the process of agricultural industrialization, promote the farmers’ income and rural development, and establishing the benefit coupling mechanism which is called "benefit-sharing, risk-sharing" is the key to the success of the cooperation. But in reality, because of the inconsistent interests, failure phenomenon always exists, it has restricted the further development of agricultural industrialization in China. therefore, how to choose and improve the benefit connection mechanism has a significant effect on continuing to promote the agricultural industrialization management.This paper is based on the Marxist economics and New institutional economics, and offers a comprehensive inspection on the interests connection of the farmers and leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization of Fujian province, analyzes five interests coupling types’ characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages of farmers and leading enterprises in Fujian province, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of the regional farmers and leading enterprises and product features when choosing the way to interests connection, and remember to combine with two principles of adjust measures to local conditions and seeking truth from fact. This paper points out that benefit coupling mechanism can be divided into interests create, interests constraints, interest allocation, interest demands, interests safeguard mechanism, and put forward to strengthen leading enterprises, build credibility mechanism, cultivate new farmers, standardized cooperation organization and optimize the institutional environment to improve benefit coupling mechanism between farmers and leading enterprises.
