| During the period of "13th Five-Year",China put forward the five development ideas with innovation as its core,and the developing kinetic energy began to change from driven by investment to by innovation.Innovation performance has become a noticeable factor to measure the ability of sustainable development and regional competitive advantage.In the process of implementing the innovation driven development strategy,two problems should be paid attention to: one is the choice of innovation form,and the other is the effect of innovation activities.Compared with the traditional form of innovation,collaborative innovation can better integrate innovative resources and give full play to its advantages.It has become a more effective form of innovation.Therefore,based on the general process of regional innovation activities and the input-output of innovative resource,this paper focuses on the impact of the synergistic innovation.Synergistic innovation is a process of innovation.Enterprises,universities and research institutions within the innovation system,by the mean of collaboration,organizing and coordinating their own innovative resources and conditions in order to improve the innovation performance.In addition,as each region is not an independent closed system,the innovation activities in the region will be affected by the related areas.Therefore,after reviewing the relevant theories of variables,this paper combs the research framework of the article and puts forward the following three specific problems: first,what is the current level of innovation performance and collaborative innovation of China? Second,can synergistic innovation promote the improvement of regional innovation performance? Third,how do other control variables play the role of innovative production in the region? This paper firstly divides the innovation process into three stages of knowledge innovation,scientific research innovation and product innovation according to the innovation value chain theory,then uses the 2010-2014 Provincial panel data of our country,constructs the index system of measuring variables based on the input-output angle of R&D talents and funds,using DEA model and the composite system collaborative model to measure the regional innovation performance and synergistic innovation performance.Then based on the analysis of three kinds of spatial weighting matrices,such as adjacency,geographical distance and economic distance,the paper constructs a spatial econometric model,and analyzes the intrinsic relationship between synergy innovation and regional innovation performance under spatial correlation conditions,and draws the following three conclusions:(1)In the period of 2010-2014,the provinces of our country's innovation performance showed a rising trend,but from the whole perspective the performance is still at a low level,the problem of imbalance of knowledge innovation,research innovation performance and product innovation is exist.The scientific research innovation performance was significantly lower than that of the knowledge innovation performance and product innovation performance,and innovation performance gradually decreased form East to West.Secondly,the synergy level between enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions is poor at present,and the effective synergistic mechanism has not been formed between the three institutions.(2)The regression analysis shows that synergistic innovation has significant positive effects on knowledge innovation and scientific innovation,but the influence on product innovation is negative,this may be due to the overall level of synergistic innovation is low,it also shows that synergistic innovation is a long-term process,synergy has certain time in promoting the improvement of innovation performance on innovation,more close to the rear of value chain put forward the higher requirements to the level of synergistic innovation,and need synergistic innovation subject cooperate deeply.(3)Government support could significantly promote the knowledge innovation performance,but it has a negative impact on product innovation performance.The structure of innovation investment assets has a negative influence on the knowledge innovation,so cultivating talent in the stage of knowledge innovation matters much.Innovation investment bias has significant positive effects for product innovation,which shows that in the phase of product innovation,we should pay attention to the investment and construction of tangible assets.Therefore,in the course of promoting innovation-driven development strategy in the future,enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions need to further strengthen the level of synergy.Through the establishment of collaboration platform,such as the production of cooperation,government can promote the degree of sharing and utilization of knowledge,technology,information and so on in order to enhance regional innovation performance.In addition,we should give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating resources,break the institutional barriers of factor flow,promote the regional flow of innovation elements,and promote the improvement of innovation performance level.Finally,government's supports play a different role in different stages of innovation.We should adjust the government's innovation support strategy according to different types of innovative activities.The conclusion of this paper provides a useful reference to the synergistic innovation performance among innovative subjects,the organization and coordination of regional innovation elements and the formulation of innovation policies. |
