Research On Innovation Elements Aggregation And Its Impacts On Regional Independent Innovation Capacity

With the development of economic geography and further research on innovation, the study of innovation element input from spatial perspective becomes a hotpot. Innovative resource endowment determines the development of nation’s and region’s technological innovation capability. Innovation element forming aggregation in a region becomes the key to enhance regional independent innovation capacity and realize innovation driven.This article research innovation elements aggregation in three aspects from the regional dimension:innovation elements aggregation mechanism, innovation elements aggregation development, innovation elements aggregation effect. Firstly, this paper defines the meaning of innovation elements and innovation elements aggregation, reviews basic theories closely related to innovation elements aggregation, and summarizes researches on innovation elements aggregation. Secondly, regional innovation elements aggregation system model is established so that this paper can analyze the process and the mechanism of innovation elements gathering, reveal factors affecting the gathering process, and discuss the three models of regional innovation elements aggregation from the system perspective. Thirdly, this paper builds an indication system and uses the factors analysis method to evaluate region’s innovation elements aggregation ability, classifies those 30 regions according to their innovation elements aggregation level, and then puts forward the corresponding innovation elements aggregation development routes for the existing problems of every kind of region. Finally, this paper qualitatively analyzes the positive and negative effects of innovation elements aggregation on regional independent innovation capacity, and empirically investigates these effects through the fixed effect variable coefficient model.
