Research On The Cooperation Of Multiple Subjects In The Construction Process Of Ganquan Characteristic Town In Yangzhou

The characteristic town is the important carrier and development mode of the new urbanization.It adheres to the multi-dimensional development concept of economy,politics,culture,society and ecology,and has many functions,such as adjusting the elements,adjusting the structure,inheriting the culture,etc.They can effectively solve the current urbanization construction facing a lot of uncoordinated problems.The characteristic town is not only a special collective of non-administrative units,but also an administrative economic space that needs to be managed comprehensively at the grass-roots level.At the same time,it is also an innovative platform,which contains a variety of community of interests.It needs the services of the grassroots government as well as the participation of the private sector,the third sector and residents.In recent years,there has been a construction upsurge of a characteristic town in China.Although,Zhejiang characteristic town has obtained the due effect,the characteristic town has become the multi-win Zhongchuang Space and the living space,and it has brought the huge economic social benefit.However,we can't ignore the difficulties faced by the construction and management of small towns with characteristics.Characteristic towns should give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of local enterprises,residents and villages(communities)and guide the social forces of all parties to participate in the planning and construction of the towns and make all kinds of market players and local residents become the important participants for the development and construction of characteristic towns,Diversification of the main town development.In view of the situation of cooperative governance in the process of the construction of the special town in Ganquan,in this paper,through the methods of literature study,case analysis and field visit,the background and significance of the research on cooperative governance in the process of the construction of Ganquan Special Town in Yangzhou are introduced,as well as the current research situation at home and abroad.The current research results mainly focus on the macro-exploration,mostly explore the theoretical origin and development significance of the town construction,or put forward a broader,more or less the same construction ideas,with less contact with the actual.Secondly,this paper elaborates the theoretical basis of the research project,and then analyzes multi-subjects cooperative governance in the construction process of Ganquan characteristic town in Yangzhou.This part summarizes the basic situation of Ganquan town in Yangzhou City,summarizes the experience of the construction in recent years,and puts forward the problems of multi-subjects cooperative governance.Then it analyzes the causes of the problems in the process of the construction of the special town in Ganquan.Finally,it is the countermeasures to improve multi-subjects cooperative governance in the construction of the special town of Ganquan in Yangzhou,to clarify the roles of the government,the private sector,the third sector and the residents,to clarify the relationship between the multiple subjects,and to improve the cooperative governance mechanism of the multi-subjects.This part is the focus of this article,mainly in view of the reasons of the previous part of the analysis,looking for the corresponding solutions.Analyzing the construction of characteristic towns from the perspective of cooperative governance theory is the innovation of this article.
