Under the condition of market economy,perfect salary incentive system is a modern enterprise to attract talents,retain staff,give full play to the staffs work enthusiasm and creativity,promote the fast development of enterprise important condition.Bear the important task service "three agriculture" in China's rural commercial bank,compared with other commercial Banks,most of the site is located in the countryside,relatively poor working environment,improve and perfect the compensation incentive system to build high quality talent team,it is particularly important to promote the development of rural commercial bank better.This paper adopts the method of literature research and survey research,according to the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs and herzberg's two-factor theory as a foundation,analyzed the yizheng rural commercial bank corporation(hereinafter referred to as the "yizheng bank corporation")current salary incentive system,existing problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions.Yizheng bank corporation main current salary incentive system,such as incomplete salary incentive system,allowance incentive system is not comprehensive,employee benefits is not flexible,non-monetary salary incentive effect is not ideal,the problem such as negative salary incentive not value.The reason of these problems has a weak consciousness of human capital,allowance plan design research is not thorough,staff welfare system has not been established,equalitarianism result in insufficient incentive mechanism flexibility and security administration management affects the negative incentives,etc.Yizheng bank corporation through perfecting the compensation structure and division,a sound system of special subsidy,optimize performance evaluation incentive system,pay attention to the spirit in the process of salary incentive motivation,establish and improve the incentive and performance evaluation methods such as measures to improve the compensation incentive system.At the same time through ascension salary management level,to establish smooth communication mechanism,perfecting supervision mechanism,strengthen staff training,the construction of enterprise culture to guarantee the improvement measures to carry out the salary incentive system.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the innovation of the research object.Although there are many researches on compensation incentive in academic circles,there are few researches on the compensation incentive system of agricultural and commercial Banks.The research results of this paper can not only improve the salary incentive system of yizheng agricultural commercial bank,but also provide some reference for other domestic agricultural commercial Banks to improve the salary incentive system.
