After a century of development,Chinese society has formed a new economic era,which takes "knowledge economy","network economy" and "digital economy"as the main body.On March 5,2016,the fourth session of the 12th National People's Congress opened and the state council premier Li Keqiang made the government work report where he pointed out that the scope and connotation of the "new economy" is very broad,which involves the first,second and third industry,not only refers to "Internet +" in the tertiary industry,the networking,cloud computing,electronic commerce and other emerging industries and formats,but also including intelligent manufacturing,mass customization production and so on in industrial manufacturing.This is the first time the "new economy" has been written to the government's work report.In the new economic era,it's the key that how manufacturing enterprises carry out the process technology,operation process,production specification among the workers who have the low level of education,low social status and large social mobility.According to the survey,the teaching of worker skills in the new economic era still relies heavily on the mentoring system management.The apprenticeship system of the first-line workers is still the main method to carry out the skill inheritance of the manufacturing enterprises,and it has achieved good results in the implementation process.Based on the above practical significance,this paper has collected many related research at China and abroad and compared the research situation at China and abroad,and investigated the influence factors as well as the significance of the existence of the factory mentoring.After a comprehensive understanding,this paper takes S company which is a large manufacturing enterprise with more than 20 years of business experience and a leading market share in the industry as the research object.Through the investigation of the management system of the staff of the first line employees of S company,the paper has researched the strength and implementation factors of the system.This paper mainly adopts some research methods,such as the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case study method,and combs the domestic and foreign research literature about tutorial system,and investigates the status quo of implementation and factors of the tutorial system of S company.And finally,this paper will put forward the improving measures to solve the existing problems,and to provide rationalization suggestions of tutorial system in the future in order to make full advantage of the benefits from tutorial system for the enterprise management.
