Faced with the current problem of increasing liquidity in the financial industry and the loss of quality talents,the financial industry has launched fierce competition centered on talent development.After analyzing the current organizational needs and the current situation of the talent echelon,C Bank intends to implement the corporate mentoring program to achieve the goal of shortening the employee-friendly period,strengthening employee cultural identity,reducing brain drain,and improving the talent echelon.Since 2014,the company’s mentoring system has been launched in various branches nationwide,but the project implementation effect can not all meet the expected requirements.This study evaluates and analyzes the status quo of C bank corporate mentoring project implementation,and finds the key issues affecting its effectiveness.Through scientific and systematic methods,it formulates the implementation strategy of enterprise tutor system implementation.This study first analyzes the implementation of the enter prise mentoring project of C Bank from 2014 to 2018,combined with the scoring data in the evaluation of the mentoring project in various branches in the past period,and the feedback information of the research and interview of the branch related person,and draws the problems in the implementation of the mentoring project.Through the analysis and classification of the causes of the problem,the 16 key factors affecting the implementation effect of the mentoring project of C Bank are extracted from the three aspects of will cognition,ability tool and organizational environment,and the corresponding optimization strategy is formulated.After the research,the C bank enterprise tutor system implementation key factor integration and optimization system was proposed.From the demand analysis,project design,resource preparation,implementation control and evaluation iteration,the C bank enterprise tutor system was fully implemented in 5 stages and 13 steps.The optimization plan can improve the implementat ion effect of the C-Bank corporate mentoring system as a whole,and achieve the goals of active participation,effective coaching,new employees,full integration,and full experience.
