With the acceleration of economic globalization,the era of extensive growth of China's economy as a whole has come to an end.The management model of commercial banks' expansion has become history.Under the new economic situation,it can no longer meet the development requirements of the new era relying on the traditional scale expansion.China's commercial banks must take the path of mode transformation in order to survive in the fierce competitive environment.HF Commercial Bank's business model transformation is a complex and systematic project that will go through a long and arduous period.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the relevant theories of financial innovation and draw lessons from the successful transitional mode research cases of domestic and foreign commercial banks for a detailed analysis HF Bank's existing business model problems,find the reasons and put forward targeted operational restructuring strategy to effectively promote the transformation and development of HF Bank's business model transformation.This article uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and opportunities in the development of HF bank and the disadvantages and threats it faces.It is based on the analysis of the Porter Five Forces:the threats from potential entrants,the competitive conditions of existing competitors,the competitiveness of alternative products,the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of buyers.Firstly,it analyzes HF Bank's business model transformation,and outlines the target orientation of business model transformation,and then states the general idea of business model transformation,that is to take a refined transition strategy.Then the concrete implementation of the transformation of business model has been fully discussed.Secondly,it offers further discussion on the guarantee mechanism and measures for the refinement operation mode of HF Bank,which is divided into three major mechanisms: the establishment of market-oriented human resource management mechanism,the establishment of assessment mechanism that matches the operational transformation,and the establishment of risk management mechanism adaptable to business transformation.The conclusion of this paper is that the operation mode of HF Bank must be transformed from the original simple extensive management model to the refined management model,which put forward four aspects of transformation methods:turn the transformation of management concept to refinement,turn strategic decision-making to refinement Change,turn business development to refinement change and turn the backstage support to refinement change.This business model not only meets the needs of the development of commercial banking,but also reduces the costs of development,and ultimately it achieves the goal of sustainable development.
