As China’s economy in transition, in monetary policy, fiscal policy constantlyadjusted, FTA has been established, the development and the Internet and other newtechnology background, financial ecological environment is undergoing profoundchanges, which have certain influences on the operation of commercial banks,commercial bank management transformation is very necessary, very urgent.This paper from the future transformation direction, current management problemswere analyzed for A bank, points out, the small and medium-sized enterprise financialInternet financial, intermediary business innovation and cross-border RMB business infour main direction of transformation, and analyzes the current operating status of Abank through concrete data, mainly existing in the traditional business developmentweakness, lack of strategic development direction of power, irrational income structure,the loan structure unreasonable. Based on the theory of economic capital, asset liabilitymanagement theory, the internal capital management theory, resource allocation theoryand application research, a brief summary of the relationship between financial resources,economic capital, capital, loan scale four resources should be grasped in the commercialbank management, and ultimately from the adjustment of profit structure, incomestructure, adjust the negative structure, the loan structure, improve operational efficiency,and actively put forward specific countermeasures to the transformation operation of Abank in FTA practice etc..I n this paper, for the management of the transformation of commercial banks, tofind suitable for their own development direction, to improve the operating efficiency,provide ideas and reference method.
