The Research Of Improving The Employees' QWL Of S Bank Of Suzhou Branch

As our financial industry continues to deepen its reform and the financial busienss speeds up its innovation over the years,the commercial banks are at the front of the reform.As a response to the challenges including the narrowing of the interest profits and the limitation of the expansion of the traditional banking business etc.,each commercial bank has to innovate and request continuous improvements in the qualities and the skill sets of its employees.As a result,the working environment in a commercial bank has become increasingly challenging and the pressure on the performance is high.Therefore,it becomes increasingly meaningful to understand the life and work of the employees and work out practical solutions to improve the life quality of the employees,which will ultimately enhance the employee loyalty and improve their morale so as to tap their potential to the full.As of now we are still in the initial stage of the analysis on the life quality of the employees of the commercial banks.The author of this article aims to provide a number of plausible solutions for the improvement of the life quality of the employees in the Suzhou branch of the S Bank,based on her own work experiences in a commercial bank and her questionnaire research on the life quality among the employees in the Suzhou branch of the S Bank.She also hopes to stimulate more fruitful thoughts on the human resources management in the financial industries.
