State-owned commercial Banks is the main part of the banking system in our country, its assets scale, market share, personnel agencies, and node number, etc. In the absolute monopoly of China’s economic operation of the financial industry plays an important role. As one of the state-owned commercial bank, agricultural bank of China is the largest domestic customer base, branches, scope of business covers most of the large state-owned commercial Banks, however, with economic globalization and the widespread application of information technology and the joint-stock reform of the external environment changes, the incentive management problems highlighted increasingly, which influenced agricultural bank’s market position and development prospects. Although relevant scholars view put forward many countermeasures to reform the reality, but the starting point is the entire banking industry, ignored the geographical and cultural differences, is difficult to specific application in individual units.This article first to the state-owned commercial Banks, the incentive management theory to the strict definition of combing reviews the existing literature at the same time; On this basis to WZ agricultural bank of agricultural bank of China as the research object, through interviews and questionnaires to the employees of incentive demand characteristics and incentives of satisfaction survey, and summarized the WZ agbank incentive management existing problem; Finally, according to the analysis results and the experience of the relevant scholars put forward countermeasures and Suggestions. Order to WZ agbank’s incentive theory and provide certain data to support the improvement of the management advice.This paper is to research on commercial bank employees incentive theory research and application results of a study of the results can be a reference standard for testing related theoretical results, has certain theoretical value.
