The Measurement And Empirical Analysis Of The Development Level Of Smart Industry In China

In recent years,the major countries' economy in the world have come into a period of adjustment,which has trouble in resource and environment,and the global GDP growth rate dropped from 4.2%in 2014 to 2.4%in 2016.In 2008,the IBM cooperation has put forward the idea of 'the Smart Earth',pointed out that the future development trend of world economy is 'the Smart Economy'.This idea is of great significance for solving the various problems in the economic development of the world today.The smart industry is the leading industry of ' the Smart Economy',its development can promote the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries and realize the healthy and rapid development of the economy.Firstly,on the basis of the summarizing the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper makes a more detailed exposition of the relevant theories of the smart industry,and points out that the essence of the smart industry is the full application of human wisdom.Its typical features are the high integration of the new generation of information technology and industry,such as the Internet of things,cloud computing and artificial intelligence.Secondly,this paper uses the method of industrial association analysis to define the basic composition of the smart industry,and makes the concept of the intellectual industry definite.Furthermore,a combined evaluation method based on cooperative game' Shapley value is applied to evaluate the development level of smart industry in 30 main provinces of China.Finally,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the regional differences and influencing factors of the development of China's smart industry and draws a series of conclusions.The conclusion shows that the development of our country's smart industry is decreasing from the east to the west,and there is a phenomenon of 'spatially gathering development'.The whole industry's development is in the initial stage.In addition,the development of China's smart industry is affected by 7 factors,such as the level of human resources,the level of infrastructure construction,the level of capital investment and so on.
