| With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,scale of urban population,housing and industrial agglomeration,problems of urban traffic become more and more serious: heavy traffic congestion,resulting in increased commute time and huge energy consumption;traffic safety problems,frequent accidents;vehicle emission pollution and traffic noise pollution are more serious;intensifying contradiction between supply and demand of parking facilities.etc.Under such a background,smart transportation is put forward.However,development of a city’s smart traffic conditions to meet what to expect requires a complete evaluation system to judge.At present,researches on concept of smart traffic,technology of and smart traffic evaluation system are not deep,how to develop smart transportation,and it is an urgent problem how to establish a suitable smart traffic evaluation system to be solved.The main content of this paper is to study the smart traffic evaluation system with the foundation of smart traffic’s concept and system framework.First of all,based on the concept,connotation,characteristics and development goals of smart transportation,the theoretical basis of smart transportation evaluation method is established by combining the theory of traffic development and evaluation,which lays the foundation for the construction of smart traffic evaluation index system.Secondly,combined with the above research results,this paper preliminary determines the smart transportation evaluation index system.According to the establishment principle and the single side test and the overall inspection method,the indexes were selected to determine the final evaluation index system.Finally,the evaluation index of smart traffic index is studied.Finally,using the smart traffic evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used as the evaluation method,the smart traffic evaluation model is established,and an empirical study on the evaluation of smart transportation is carried out in Xi’an.The evaluation results are analyzed from five aspects of infrastructure construction,information service level,traffic management level,security status and the level of green environmental protection. |
