A Study On Storage Management Optimization Based On A Warehouse Of BS Company

With the rapid development of science and technology,the growth of modern logistics technology has made a marvelous progress.On the one hand,logistics technology develops towards the direction of intelligent,informatization and specialization.On the other hand,it brings new challenges and opportunities for the growth of warehouse management.In this paper,A warehouse of BS company is used as the research object,in order to resolve the current problems in warehousing operation process during M company's relative business,which is a corporate customer of BS.The theory of warehouse management and process optimization are used to resolve the problems of A warehouse of the BS,as well as ABC analysis,chart analysis method and relevant theory.From the aspects of storage center of warehouse layout,storage process,warehousing information and storage performance,the paper designs the optimization scheme to warehousing operation of BS company.The conclusion of the paper is to improve warehouse space utilization,reduce inventory,improve warehouse operation efficiency and improve the core competitiveness of BS company to use warehousing management.Meanwhile,the conclusion can provide decision-making support for the optimization of warehousing management.
