With the continuous development of China’s economy,the real estate industry has gradually become a pillar industry in the development of China’s economy,and is also a vane for the development of China’s economy.With the continuous change of the market,the real estate industry from the so-called "golden age" into the current "Silver Age",the real estate industry is facing new challenges,the enterprise strategy from the original "heavy investment and benefit" changing to "talents,efficiency",and the enterprise must pay attention to personnel attention,efficiency,you need to have a set of perfect performance management system of good performance management system can bring an important contribution to the enterprise.This paper takes LJ Real Estate Company marketing personnel as the research object,using literature analysis,case analysis,elaborates the present situation of LJ Real Estate Company marketing staff performance appraisal,through the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of performance appraisal is reflected in the existence of problems of LJ Real Estate Company marketing staff performance,application and marketing personnel performance the index system,the marketing personnel appraisal organization and process,marketing personnel performance appraisal results,and the organization and process for improving the design,the index system for the assessment of design improvement and the evaluation results using improved design to fundamentally solve the problem,and to ensure the implementation of improvement program on several aspects from the concept of promotion and publicity and training the organization and system,information system and technology,culture and construction of a security assessment model.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of LJ company marketing,analysis of the existing problems,carefully combing the marketing process,through the establishment of a balanced,scientific and effective performance appraisal system by using normalization method and operation method,hope to enlighten the Real Estate Company’s marketing theory, and relevant research in the field of play.In order to further optimize the LJ Real Estate Company marketing staff performance assessment scheme and similar real estate enterprises assessment work to a certain reference value.
