Real estate industry is one the main impetus industry of our economic growth.In recent years,the Real estate enterprise has become the main force of economic construction in our country with scale and quantity expanding gradually.But the financial crisis and the tightening of monetary policy makes the real estate industry facing a severe challenge.Nowadays,real estate enterprises strategic have changed from "pay attention to investment and benefit " to "development and talent ".Real estate enterprises aware human resource management especially performance management.Good performance management system is helpful to stimulating staff’s work enthusiasm,let staff work better and achieve benefits for enterprises;It is help for real estate enterprises to give full play to talents advantages in the fierce market competition environment.Then built their own characteristics products to attract more customers.It can take benefit to the future development of the enterprise.It has great significance for real estate enterprises to set up correct concept of performance management and establish a scientific and effective performance management system.Based on this background,The article research improvement project of The ZJ real estate company’s employee’s performance management with the method of literature analysis and questionnaire.first of all,using questionnaire data to analyze the status quo,found the problems of the performance planning,performance implement,performance appraisal and the performance feedback problems,such as lacking consistency of corporate goals 、 difference of standard 、 not obvious of communication、lacking of intervention、lacking of performance score、lacking of fair and objective、not helpful of the performance complaint、using simple of performance results.Secondly,analyze the root causes of problems,It is mainly due to the state-owned enterprises thought deeply rooted,insufficient recognition of management,staff awareness degree is not high.In the end,put forward the improvement project of staff performance management: perfect the performance planning,strengthen implement,strengthening performance appraisal method of the integrated use of,pay attention to the implementation of the performance feedback,each scheme are described in detail,finally get the targets of needing to comprehensive attention to every link and completes the company performance management system and the continuous improvement of performance.The thesis take research of The ZJ real estate company staff performance management improvement program,designed to have great progress,put forward effective for the performance of an enterprise management practice.Practical significance: analyze ZJ real estate problems arising from the staff performance management process,the improved scheme help enterprises to avoid these problems in the process of practice,similar problems to solve,in order to strengthen the management of employees,safeguard enterprise operations and to promote the enterprise internal management and orderly operation,ZJ real estate company facing the confusion is similar to the investors and managers of enterprise need to face the reality of the problem.Therefore,the research of this paper has some references for other real estate development companies to optimize performance appraisal system.
