Along with the rapid development of national economy,the security and efficiency of grain logistics have been paid more and more attention by the party and government.As a new format of modern grain logistics,grain logistics park plays an important role in the region of grain logistics system with the functions of food transport,storage,processing,sales and so on.It rises a trend of construction of grain logistics park.As the deeply research of the subject "Promoting Four Bulks Mode Project of Grain Logistics in Fujian Province",the author conducted field research on the ZY grain logistics park.During the investigation,the leaders of ZY grain logistics park hope us can help to do some improvement combined research because the park belongs to the ladder of construction and lack of long-term planning in the beginning,so the park has unreasonable layout problem and directly lead to the low efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes the ZY food logistics park as the optimization object and carries on the thorough research.In order to solve the internal unreasonable layout problem of ZY grain logistics park,this paper through on-the-spot investigation and data collection to analyze the original internal layout situation.Meanwhile the paper redesign the layout of function zoning by the combined method of SLP and fuzzy clustering.Through using Flexsim,the paper simulates the internal logistics operation situation before and after in different functional zoning,and find out the after-layout option can shorten the distance of transportation,improve transport efficiency,reduce logistics cost.The main structure of this paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the grain logistics park.The second chapter is the theory summary,introduces the related theories and methods of grain logistics park and facility layout planning.The third chapter is the introduction of the actual situation,meanwhile to analysis the status and existing problems of the ZY food logistics park and the methods to be solved.The fourth chapter introduce the SLP and fuzzy clustering methods,and let methods applied to the internal facility layout.The fifth chapter is the program checkout,mainly through the Flexsim software to test the results of the optimization before and after.The sixth chapter is the summary of this report to show the achievements?shortcomings and prospects future development direction.Through this research,we can see that the grain logistics park must be detailed planning and layout in the beginning of the construction,not only to consider the actual needs of short term,but also to consider the development needs of long-term.In planning and design,the method combined with SLP and fuzzy clustering is scientific and rational in facility layout planning.The method can adapt to the internal layout of the logistics park and has the reference value,so it's worthy of further research and promotion.The final results of this paper will be submitted to the main management institution of Fujian grain logistics park including the Grain Bureau,Zhangzhou ZY Port Merchants for its further development research.
