In recent years, more and more logistics park plan to construction, and put into operation. However, in the process of construction or operation of logistics park, some problems arise, such as unreasonable layout design, low operation efficiency, poor operation condition, large scale of logistics park, low land utilization rate. As the important facility of contact big cities in the area of material flow, reasonable layout design of logistics park is helpful to improve the operation efficiency, improve the land utilization rate, at the same time to achieve the desired operation state of the logistics park. Logistics park layout contains two aspects:functional areas layout and functional areas internal details arrangement. So, in order to seek the most reasonable layout, improve the working efficiency, it is necessary to discuss the function layout and functional areas internal details design.After putting forward the research background and significance, studying the research of logistics park planning and logistics simulation technology, this paper firstly simple introduces the relevant theoretical basis, including the basic theory of layout and flexsim simulation modeling. Secondly, after introducing the logistics park function orientation and analyzing the operating process, the internal and external traffic, and comprehensive relationship between functional areas, this paper builds the logistics park layout model; after analyzing the characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, because local search ability of genetic algorithm is not strong, the hybrid algorithm to solve the layout model is constructed by introducing simulated annealing algorithm. Thirdly, according to the simulation model steps, this paper establish logistics park processes simulation model, and outputs results. Finally, the above model and hybid algorithm are applied to an example, using Matlab programming language to achieve the algorithm process and get the optimal results. Also it builds the processes simulation model and runs it, analyzing the results, and realizes the detail settings optimization of the storage area and circulation processing zone.
