With the development of social economy in our country,the total social logistics of our country has reached 230 trillion yuan in 2016.However,the railway,as the backbone of the national comprehensive transportation system,bears less than 9% proportion of the volume of freight transport in the whole year of 2016.This proportion is not consistent with the resources owned by the railway.The railway should bear more freight volume.The railway can achieve transformation across by improving logistics service function and establishing integrated logistics service system with the help of the implementation of“The Belt and Road” strategy.The Railway Logistics Park is an important node to complete the comprehensive service of railway freight logistics.It is extremely important to scientifically plan and construct the railway logistics park and optimize the structure of railway resources.In this paper,an systematic layout design method is used to study the layout planning of the railway logistics park with the optimization of the layout of Zhongding Railway Logistics Park as an example.Combined the relevant literature and the actual situation,the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and Flexsim is used as a supplement to SLP(system layout planning)layout planning,thus forming a systematic solution to the layout of the general railway logistics parks.There are various kinds of functional areas division within the Railway Logistics Park.In order to make the layout of the functional areas more reasonable,this paper has done the following work: First of all,this paper uses SLP to carry on the preliminary layout of its functional areas: 1.The author lists the table of the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship of the railway logistics park,and then combines the weight value of the logistics and non-logistics relationship obtained by AHP to obtain a comprehensive logistics relationship table at last;2.The author designs the layout of the functional areas of the park using the SLP method according to the integrated logistics relationship value.Secondly,in optimizing the layout of the program,the author uses the Flexism simulation software to conduct the simulation optimization for the facilities and equipment in Railway Logistics Parks.Aiming to improve the efficiency of equipment utilization in Railway Logistics Park and to reduce the blocking rate of the roads in railway logistics park,the author make the optimization scheme of the layout of the Zhongding Railway Logistics Park.The research findings of this paper can provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for the future optimal layout of the Zhongding Railway Logistics Park.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the layout of other railway logistics parks...
