Optimization Of Industrial Spatial Structure In Gongchangling Transition Period

Old industrial cities with resource-based economies are important classes of cities in China,which have different industrial characteristics and industrial structure from other cities.Thus,they are faced with more difficult and urgent transformation and development of the city industry.This paper takes Gongchangling District as the object of research to make concrete empirical analysis.Gongchangling District,thriving on the iron mine,is a resource-based industrial city,which was based on the extensive mining industry as leading industry.In the process of industrial development,the shortage of mineral storage,the worsening of ecological environment and geological conditions and other environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent,with the layout of the messy,the scattered distribution of the tertiary industry,the low content of technology and other issues constraining industrial development.In order to seek the way of development,through the analysis of the industrial structure and the industrial layout,there are many problems to be solved.In this case,learning from the experience of domestic and international resource-based city industrial transformation,combined with the current situation of industrial development and layout,to make full use of the unique natural resources,the overall idea is put forward that it is necessary to strengthen the competitive industry,foster the substituted industry;extend the industrial chain,promote industrial upgrading;guide the cluster strategy,and cultivate new industries.It is cleat that he main direction of industrial development is to stabilize the primary industry,strengthen the secondary industry,and expand the tertiary industry.With the strategy of strengthening the center,highlighting the key,and moderating the concentration of regional layout,the development strategy is made that from the central prosperous region,expanding to the North,East,and West,we fonn a "Y"ribbon structure,"center of aggregation" distribution of the tertiary industry,the secondary industrial "Marginalization" of the layout to accommodate the industrial development to the layout.At the same time,the paper also makes a study on the spatial distribution of key industries,and deeply studies the secondary industrial spatial layout,establishing the "two cluster areas" of the spatial layout,while the entire distribution of the development of the tourist industry is "a point and a line connecting two areas(112 spatial distribution characteristics)".To sum up,this paper make an exploratory summary of appropriate developing strategy and the form of the industrial space layout for Gongchangling District,which I hope can play a reference role in the future development of Gongchangling.
