Secondly, using the SWOT analysis, to specificly research and analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of industry transformation of Dongying city, and referring to the experience of successful transformation of petroleum resources city, put forward the principles which must adhere to and suggestions on the Dongying city industry transformation.
