With the rapid development of modern logistics in China, the demand of the logistics of the retail enterprises is higher and higher, and the operation level of the logistics becomes the important measure to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the development and growth of reverse logistics, so as to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Consumer awareness of environmental protection has been strengthened, free return policy, reasonable recycling laws and regulations, establish a good corporate image becomes more and more important, these are the reverse logistics of enterprises put forward higher challenges and opportunities. From the point of view of consumer, good enterprise reverse logistics system management level can win customers greater trust, reduce customer’s purchase commodity risk, further purify the consumer environment. From the point of view of enterprise, through the establishment of reverse logistics network can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, but because of the reverse logistics in the quality, time, location and quantity have greater randomness and complexity, enterprises want to establish a sound reverse logistics network, the realization of green logistics and many areas to be improved, the development of space potential is huge.Therefore, this article in view of the chain supermarket reverse logistics present situation,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, establish and perfect reverse logistics system, realize lower reverse logistics cost, for enterprise development to obtain a larger market, the main contents are as follows:First of all, this article from the actual example to the green Haining food chain supermarket as an example. The Ning food supermarket chains, including distribution center of distribution and the direction of flow of goods, of Ning food supermarket chain logistics present situation carries on the qualitative analysis, conducts the research from the angle of warehousing, distribution, loading and unloading, points out the Ning food supermarket chain logistics management level is low the main reason is high cost of logistics, especially clear the reverse logistics cost is too high, the main reason is the unreasonable inventory management and reverse logistics mode selection is not appropriate, for the research lay a good foundation.Secondly, the mathematical model of the inventory cost control of the reverse logistics is constructed, and the application value of the mathematical model is described. By taking the supermarket chain as an example, the operability of the mathematical model is verified. The influence factors of the mathematical model were analyzed, the influence factors of the results were analyzed, the influence of different parameters on the cost of reverse logistics was analyzed, and the measures and suggestions on the optimization of Reverse Logistics Inventory were proposed according to the parameter sensitivity analysis results.Finally, through the analysis of the reverse logistics operation mode in the self mode,joint venture mode and outsourcing model, and a simple comparison of the similarities and differences between them. Combined with the actual situation of the supermarket chain, the evaluation index system of the operation mode of the reverse logistics is established. From four aspects of economic efficiency, enterprise growth and learning, customer and social factors, the establishment of decision-making index system, the use of network analysis method for the three kinds of operation mode of supermarket chain to make a more considerable evaluation and selection, and get the appropriate results.
