Nowadays,with the deepening of the reform of the financial market,the competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce.In the new situation,the competition of human resources is the most important factor.Job satisfaction is the most important embodiment of human resource competition.By analyzing the situation of job satisfaction of A bank employees,analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction,study on countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction,so as to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,enhance team cohesion and provide the guarantee for improving the competitiveness of the bank.To this end,I went deep into the A bank to conduct a questionnaire interview to study the A bank's position setting,assessment program,read a lot about job satisfaction and human resource management theory and literature.Summed up the reasons for the low satisfaction of A bank employees.Through the research,it is found that the performance appraisal,the construction of the career system and the construction of enterprise culture are the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees.In view of the problems existing in A bank,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In the current assessment of clear assessment responsibilities,improve the pay system,let employees gain;build a complete system of occupation career planning for employees,establish fair promotion channel;to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,to meet the spiritual needs of employees.From the needs of the staff,to take appropriate measures to improve job satisfaction,so as to improve the A bank's competitive position in the market,to provide a theoretical reference for the development of state-owned banks in the new situation.
