| With the fast growth of globalization,the competition between businesses has been getting fiercer,which dictates that only the fittest can survive.So,for a great many small and medium-sized private enterprises in China,whose technology and products still remain at the level simple imitation,technological invocation is desperately needed to gain high profits.And, as far as these private enterprises are concerned,their technological innovation is based on the individual technological innovation of Entrepreneurs.Obviously,it is entrepreneurs that play a heading role in the technological innovation of these enterprises.Though,it is simply individual activity,entrepreneurs' technological innovation occurs in the globalized social environments.So the performance of entrepreneurs' technological innovation is influenced by various factors.Based on this fact,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the technological innovation performance of entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises,including social factors(say,social awareness,national policies and regional culture etc.) and individual factors (say,family background and the level of educational attainment,ete.).It reveals the relevance of these factors.Talking Guangzhou New Sources Paper Stationery Industrial Ltd.For example,this paper furthers its theme through some specific cases.Though the analysis and research may not necessarily help entrepreneurs succeed in their technological innovation,it is certain that they can help increase the chances and probability of success in their technological innovation.
