A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Intergenerational Inheritance About Family Enterprises

With the development of economy,private enterprises are becoming an important force that cannot be ignored in the economic development.Private economy is mostly in the form of family businesses.After years of development,most of the family enterprises have experienced great transition stages of enterprise,handover success directly affects the development of family enterprises,the success of the succession can make the family business to go forward,otherwise,will lead to the decline of family enterprises.At the same time,in this critical period of emphasizing innovation and entrepreneurship,family businesses will also face some challenges: first,whether family businesses are willing to abdicate;two is whether future generations are willing to take over,and the three is family members or professional managers.Based on this,this article takes family business as the research object,and tries to study the influence factors of its successful intergenerational inheritance.This research systematically combs the related factors of family business inheritance,reviews and defines the connotation of family business intergenerational transmission.Then,taking the family enterprises in Jiangxi as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the current situation,model and existing problems of family enterprises in Jiangxi.Then,from the two aspects of external and internal corporate research what factors will influence the incumbent and successor of family business succession will,what factors affect the success of family business succession,and through the collection of questionnaires to the sample data,using SPSS21.0 software reliability and validity analysis of 107 valid data,using factor the final analysis method of 20 variables attributed to 4 main factors: the incumbent successor factor,internal factor,external factor.From the results of factor analysis,the main influencing factors of the generation inheritance of jiangxi family enterprises can be attributed to four major factors,namely,incumbents,successors,internal enterprises and external enterprises.Among them,the influence of incumbent factor on family business generation is the greatest,followed by succession factor,enterprise internal factor and enterprise external factor.Through the research and analysis of each factor,this paper seeks to find solutions to the successful intergenerational transmission of family enterprises in Jiangxi,so as to coarsely cut the development of family businesses.Finally,this paper points out the main conclusions of this study,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
