With the development of the world economy,the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious.It is an important direction of the regional economic development to further integrate the local industry and the global value chain.For developing countries,embedding industry clusters into the global value chain division,can greatly enhance the development of enterprises and industrial upgrading,which participate in the global value chains specialization advantages and disadvantages are obvious,it can promote industrial upgrading of developing countries,but also will lead to unequal income distribution problems.With the continuous development of economic globalization process,China's enterprises have joined the industry layout,more and more China's industrial clusters embedded into the different position of the global value chain,however,in this process,China's labor income accounted for the decline than actually have.At the same time,China is a country with a large population,based on global value chain climbing characteristics of industrial upgrading on the elements of income distribution in our country especially the labor income share,whether it is to optimize the industrial structure of our country is still on the development of global economy,has very important significance.Through constructing theoretical model,the paper makes an analysis of different factor-intensive industries' impacts on factor income distribution through industry upgrading from the perspective of rising global value chain,measures China's twenty-eight provinces' global value chain position from 2006 to 2014 with formula,and verifies the hypothesis from national and regional levels with different GMM methods.The results show that labor-intensive industrial upgrading promotes labor income,and capital-intensive industrial upgrading prejudices labor income;the big gap between the two kinds of industrial upgrading is harmful to labor income increase.
