Today the world economy and world-trade situation getting more complicated and competitive.To facing kinds of the negative affects which from financial crisis,optimization and adjustment of the national industrial structure,market competition,increase of manufacturing costs,unexpected RMB exchange rate fluctuation,the lack of labor,difficulty of finance and so on.How an enterprise to survive and grow in such of various economic environment is becoming a key topic for the management to think of.The efficient management of mid-rank is always be the priority of an enterprise.Middle management is core of one enterprise,how to satisfy their demand,how to encourage them,how to discover their ability,how to guide them to join to enterprise strategy plan and implantation,one of scientific performance management system is very important and necessary.The creation of this thesis is based on performance theoretic,Company T(T)internal documentation and enterprise situation reports,integrate performance management theoretical basis and four parts of system to analyze T current situation,optimize design,methods of performance indicator design,comparison analysis,which applicable for middle management performance system in T.To follow the T company strategy,a beneficiary and optimized planning is built for middle management performance system in T,and sync procedure is taken to guarantee the whole system runs as expectation.This thesis is specific study which is analyze efficiency,scientific,reasonability of performance management system in middle managers of company T and recommend the corrective action plan.This study is referable for the enterprises to create their own performance system during the management process.
