The Performance Evaluation To Low-Carbon And Cold-Chain Logistic System Of Yunnan’s Flower Business

In the next few years,the flower market of China is expected to grow remarkably.In this opportunity,it is extremely important to expand the market share of Yunnan Province that is one of the major flower producers in China.Yunnan Province has Spring season all year round,hence it brings large natural advantages for growing flowers inside of Yunnan,However,Yunnan has poor transportation conditions while it located in southwest China which are extremely far away from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other major consumption areas.Consequently,the long transportation time damages flowers quality down by almost 60%,the Yunnan’s high quality flowers cannot be demonstrated in other major flower consumption areas than southwest of China.By using the flower low-carbon and cold-chain performance evaluation system based on the foreign advanced logistic system which combined Yunnan’s flowers characteristics and scientific theory’s performance evaluation,flower companies could optimize their logistic system in order to reduce the damages during the transportation time so that the quality of flowers sold far outside of Yunnan province will be improved.In the study of this thesis,it introduced detailed Yunnan’s flower logistic structure and the problems inside of the system.To make a solution,we combined KPI and BSC theory based on the advanced methodology of oversea companies to build an indicator system which includes 6 first-class indicators,11 second-class indicators and 28 third-class indicators.During the process,this thesis innovatively brought outside effectiveness of society into performance evaluation system,and described the calculation of those indicators on carbon emission reduction.After creating the indicator system,ANP(Analytic network process)had been used to determine the weightings of each indicators,TOPSIS evaluation method had been used to evaluate performance of logistic firms.From the evaluation results,we could get the cold chain logistics transportation and other relevant solutions,which has a great significance to the improvement of logistic system performance.
