In recent years,because of the new concept of "Internet+" and the strong supports of the central and local governments,rural e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly.Employees' turnover problem has a significant influence on the development of Fujian's rural e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,it is of great value to study the turnover issue of employees in rural e-commerce enterprises in Fujian.In this paper,some approaches like literature reading method,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis are used to have an in-depth study on the influencing factors on employees'turnover issue of rural e-commerce enterprises'in Fujian.By analyzing the data collected by questionnaires,this paper draws the following conclusions.First,the influence of demographic variables on employees' turnover in rural enterprises in Fujian shows partial significant differences.Second,there are significant positive correlations between the influencing factors and employee turnover in Fujian rural e-commercial enterprises.Third,the regression analysis shows that among the influencing factors,social factor and individual factor have significant influence on and better prediction effect for employees'turnover.Finally,according to the above findings,this paper puts forward some suggestions for rural e-commerce enterprises'managers from the perspectives of salary,promotion opportunities,distribution,fairness,working atmosphere and personal development opportunities.
