With the deepening development of China's financial market,the impact of e-commerce and Internet finance on financial institutions is more and more serious.The turnover rate of employees in nongxinshe is increasing year by year,and the loss of core employees is relatively serious.In the face of fierce market competition,nongxinshe is under great transformation pressure,with poor staff stability,high dimission rate of young employees,and an increasing trend in the level of dimission employees.However,no matter in terms of market competition or service transformation,the development of rural credit cooperatives cannot be separated from the support of human resources,especially the support of talents.Therefore,how to motivate and retain employees,improve employee satisfaction,and make them better create value for rural credit cooperatives is the key problem that rural credit cooperatives should focus on and solve in the optimization and improvement of human resources management in the new era,and it is also an important guarantee for rural credit cooperatives to win survival and development space in the new market.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the dimission tendency of employees of the rural credit cooperatives in H district,a local financial institution,analyzes the dimission tendency and its influencing factors,identifies the disadvantages and hidden risks of the rural credit cooperatives in the aspect of human resource management,and provides Suggestions for the rural credit cooperatives in H district to do a good job in employee dimission management.In this paper,on the basis of the related theory for the study of turnover intention,draw lessons from the definition of employee turnover intention,Price model and turnover intention survey and related theoretical basis,using the questionnaire survey and interview survey method to rural credit cooperative employee turnover causes and H area analysis and evaluation on the turnover intention,respectively from the external environment,the enterprise internal management and employees' individual factors to find root cause,from the performance evaluation,personnel training,management,pay system,enterprise culture in H area of rural credit cooperatives human resources management put forward the corresponding countermeasures and concrete measures,to further improve the human resources management system of rural credit cooperatives,Improve the work satisfaction and enterprise belonging of nongxin staff.The study in this paper,to some extent,can reduce the dimission tendency and dimission rate of the employees of the rural credit cooperative in H district,and improve the stability of the staff of the rural credit cooperative in H district.
