SD Company Overseas Project Engineering Management Improvement Research

In recent years,with the deepening of China's electric power development,supply-side reform and the gradual advancement of cut capacity of coal and electricity industry,engineering contracting enterprises are in the dilemma that domestic electricity market is shrinking and also in the critical period that domestic electricity market is transformation and upgrading;and since 2013,"One Belt And One Road " overseas strategy has provided China's engineering contracting enterprises a lot of opportunities and space.China's engineering contracting enterprises quickening the pace of “going out”,more and more Chinese enterprises are entering overseas countries contract works.Engineering enterprises only to implement overseas strategy,to seek new markets,enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises so that to ensure their own sustainable development.However,due to the difficulties in the implementation of large-scale complex engineering projects in overseas,the technical requirements are high and the duration is long.The contracting enterprises in the project have encountered many problems in the implementation of overseas projects.How is the contracting enterprises in the global market competition environment,to grasp the opportunities of the times,the implementation of overseas projects,is what we must seriously think and study the subject.The study of overseas project management has a certain significance in this paper,the domestic research on the project management theory started late,and the combination of theory and practice is not enough now,especially with the engineering characteristics of overseas engineering projects to improve the management of overseas project management research rarely;in reality,the project is affected by the location of a variety of factors,relative to the problems encountered in domestic engineering it is more complex and difficult to deal with overseas project,so the study of overseas project management issues more important.This paper summarizes the experts and scholars at home and abroad on the project management views and understanding,the use of comparative analysis,theory and empirical combination of law,case analysis and so on;through the comprehensive overview of the relevant theories of project and project management,further elaborated the related project management theory,project management,overseas project management concept and its characteristics,and its difference from the general project management features,for the oversea project management further study provides a theoretical basis for reference.This paper introduces the current situation and preliminary problems of SD project management project,and further takes the overseas project PQ project as an example.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of PQ project management,this paper analyzes the progress management of PQ project from the perspective of engineering entity,quality management,HSE management and other aspects of the problem.Secondly,the experience and measures of the leading engineering companies in the overseas engineering project management in the domestic and foreign industry are given reference and inspiration for the improvement of the overseas project management of SD company.Finally,through the analysis and reference,on the basis of summarizing the improvement measures of PQ project management,we form a series of suggestions on how to improve the management,the control system,and the personnel and team,quality management,HSE management,non-traditional security risk response and other aspects of the measures and recommendations.This paper aims to improve the overall level of SD company's overseas project management,hoping to improve the project management of SD company's follow-up project and enhance the project management of power engineering industry.
