With the continuous development of market economy in our country,the market is becoming more and more obvious in the role of social resources optimization allocation.Enterprises face increasingly fierce competition,the objective and subjective environment have great changes too.At the same time the enterprise marketing concept,management mode and means of competition,management pattern and the dramatic have changed a lot.With the constant improvement of market economy,the domestic elevator industry has achieved development unprecedentedly.At present the elevator industry reshuffle is inevitable,as the use of new technology and the large-scale development of the network marketing mode.It is opportunities and challenges for BT company simultaneously.Although as a Sino-foreign joint elevator enterprises,BT company is leading in the elevator technology with its core competitiveness of the elevator production technology.Its sale dropped continuously and running cost got larger.It becomes the urgent matter that how to improve the overall quality of the sales team and strength,increase sales with the help of new marketing concept.Based on Adult Learning Theory and Learning Organization Theory,this paper takes Systematic Approach to Training as the framework,the advanced sales theory and the sales method as the main training content,through the optimization of sales training system,curriculum system,method system as well as technical support and assurance,to make BT's sales training system more efficient.In this paper,the questionnaire survey and interview methods are used to investigate the problems of BT's sales training system,and the reasons are analyzed according to the specific problems.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of BT's sales training system,the training process system is carried out around the five steps: training needs analysis,training plan development,training organization and implementation,training evaluation and training follow-up,that makes up for the missing of training needs analysis,training evaluation and follow up at BT company in the past.Through rigorous training program development and the process of organization and implementation,the training process is optimized.At the same time,according to the economic environment and the development requirements of the company,with reference to the training needs of employees,a sales training course system that is suitable for company development has been developed,in which new marketing concepts such as brand marketing,experience marketing and related network marketing means as the focus of training content.In terms of the optimization of method system,it not only retains the teaching of knowledge,but also increases the use of role-playing and case-analysis.Practical drills are taken as a focus on sales training.Through a large number of role-playing and appropriate case studies,the training staff can actively participate in training activities,which will greatly improve the training conversion rate.At the same time,the supporting technical support and training guarantees given and human and property investment is increased.So that BT's sales training system can be more practical and efficient.The innovation of this paper is to select BT company as a case study object,optimize the sales training system of BT,solve the problems of BT existing sales training system,and optimize the sales training system of other enterprises.
