Research On Factors Affecting The Development Of SMEs In Laos

Minorized enterprises as the vast majority of enterprises in the community,its development and stability is of great significance for the development of the whole national economy.Study on the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all enterprises in different economic schools related theory research are reviewed.Then based on the related literature at home and abroad of Laos SMEs in the form of economic organization definition.Secondly,it discusses the current status of the development of SMEs in Laos is generally concentrated in the central and southern Laos;the number of small and medium enterprises in Laos has been increasing;to a wide range of industries,with a particular focus on agriculture,manufacturing industry and service industry;management is personal management and family type management mode;its own funds is the main source of Laos capital of minorized enterprises;tax accounted for Laos total annual revenue ratio increased year by year;absorption of employment in gradually increased.Then points out the problems existing in the minorized enterprises in Laos,mainly as follows:(1)the development of imbalance.One aspect is the uneven distribution of regional,central and southern part of the huge body mass,the development of the northwest region is lagging behind;the other is the Lao small and medium enterprises involved in agriculture,manufacturing and services.And some industries such as the development of high-tech industries such as the development of the communication industry and agriculture is the two extremes.(2)the lack of management,mainly for internal control level is low,decision-making system and supervision system and the financial system is not perfect(3)the government of Laos to the minorized enterprise financing support is not enough,capital market is not mature and the credit reform has just started,resulting in Laos in small businesses to raise funding difficulties.(4)The problem of the labor force is that the supply of labor demand is insufficient and the structure is in short supply.Then on macroeconomic factors affecting the growth of SMEs,Laos,meso and micro factors identification and analysis.Macro factors are the political and legal environment,social environment,international environment surrounding factors;medium factors are industrial organization structure and industrial cluster;micro factors are professionals,level of management,technical innovation,financing and enterprise culture.Finally based and foreign minorized enterprise development experience,puts forward seven suggestions to the development of minorized enterprises in laos.(a)government support;(2)the perfect legal laws and regulations;(to take reasonable financing combination way;(four)to improve the technical level;(5)to improve the quality of products;(6)to establish a scientific incentive mechanism;(VII)information of the road...
