Lean Improvement On Production System In YX Corporation

With the continuous improvement of the degree of industrialization,the development of medium-sized and small enterprises are also increasingly rapid.How these enterprises which are relatively weak in management keep up with the pace,then the on-time delivery is very important premise of quality assurance.Customers of YX are well-known overseas companies,in order to have a competitive advantage in the same industry.So lean production has been applied in recent years.By participating the promoting project of in the lean Production in YX Electric Co.,Ltd.Lots of research on the production process had been done with the methods of lean production,and then,select improvement projects combined with the actual situation.1.Research,diagnosis and improvement planning of production system.With lean tools such as process analysis,process program analysis,value stream mapping,the research covered personnel,equipment,layout and productivity.Then make a summary of 12 issues in production,and determine the 3 urgent projects to solve.2.Improvement of equipment utilization.Improve operation with SMED,as a result,higher equipment utilization with fewer operators.3.Improvement of production process of key procedures.From the aspect of reducing material handling distance and non-value adding activities to put forward improvement sheme,then discuss the possibility and prove the potential benefits of improvement.4.Improvement of layout in workshop and warehouse.Rearrange the workshop using SSLP,in order to increase the utilization of area,reduce the situation of repetition and circuitous of logistics route.Bring in the shelves to increase the utilization of warehouse area,reduce area and make the inventory preparation for future orders.5.Summarize the whole paper.Then,propose prospects for further implementation.
