Since customer's demands are now becoming diversified and the market is increasingly competitive,manufacturing enterprises must improve their production processes and production rate by using lean production tools and methods,in order to have more development opportunities in the market competition.This paper uses the value stream mapping to conduct a comprehensive analysis of buffer's production process and improves buffer's value flow and production efficiency by using lean production tools and intelligent simulation technology,taking the buffer production line in Hangzhou Huning elevator parts Co.Ltd.as the research object.The main research contents of this paper include:1.Combining with value stream mapping and SIPOC model,this paper refines the production process information and defines the scope of the process to improve the accuracy of decision-making.This research analyses the problems of buffer's production in detail and designs a lean future value stream map by using the improved value stream map buffer.Also,it puts forward lean improvement plans for the main problems based on actual conditions of the enterprise.2.Aiming at the problem of assembly efficiency and low productivity,the optimization of the pacemaker process is carried out,including merging the part loading process with assembly process,improving assembly operations by the methods of job analysis and motion analysis,allocating the work elements of each workstation according to the order method,designing the new buffer assembly line,working position and material distribution mode according to the working arrangement of the work station,and implementing 6S and visual management in the assembly site to improve production efficiency and input-output ratio of the assembly line.3.Kanban pull production is implemented according to the customer demand.Based on the reasonable supermarket inventory,this paper designs a system to implement procurement pull on the raw materials purchased parts,by making the pacemaker process products with many varieties and small batch through Heijunka Box and using double Kanban system between two processes.4.According to the constraint condition of workshop and production units,a layout optimization model with the objective of minimizing the material handling cost is established.Also,this paper uses a hybrid genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm improvement strategies to increase the solution speed and accuracy.The effectiveness of this hybrid algorithm used to solve the layout optimization problems is verified through Matlab simulation experiments,and the optimal solution of the production unit's layout in buffer workshop is obtained.
