Research On Influence Factors Of Rural Commercial Bank Service To Agriculture,rural Areas,farmers' Financial Innovation

"Three Rural issues" has been a vulnerable spot in China's modernization construction.To improve this situation,it must focus on developing the rural economy and increasing rural incomes.The service that current rural financial Institution offered cannot get up with the need of rural development,the problem such as financing difficulties is almost universal,it Hinder the development of rural economy widely.In order to solve these problems mentioned above,we need to speed up the rural financial innovation so that rural finance can promote the economic development of rural society effectively and meet the growing demand of rural financial services in the same time.And we need to analyze the influence factors of financial innovation so as to promote it effectively.By reading related literature and theory,this study constructed the conceptual model of the relationship between rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas,farmers' innovation and financial innovation;References related literature analysis of influencing factors and variables,combine the influence factors of rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas and farmers'innovation in our country,select to design the related variables and also indicators and then think out research hypothesis.After that according to the scientific and reasonable design variables and the index after questionnaire,also using software such as SPSS,AMOS to analyze the questionnaire data,adopting the method of structural equation model to analyze the relationship between the influence factors of rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas,farmers' innovation and financial innovation,Finally make a conclusion as follows:First of all,summarizes the Index system of variable of Putian rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas,farmers'financial innovation,then selected the five latent variables:system,staff quality,government technology and financial innovation,corresponding to these latent variables are three to five observation indexes,a total of 16.Secondly,analyzed the level of influence that the factors of financial innovation causes.Take the method of structural equation model of the influence factors of rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas and farmers' financial innovation and financial innovation relations and make an in-depth study,and then make sure of level that mentioned above.Research results go through with the previous four research assumptions:"system?financial innovation","the staff quality-financial innovation","government support?financial innovation","technology?financial innovation".All of them had significant positive influence.Finally,according to the conclusion that made by empirical analysis,give 9 countermeasures to promote the financial innovation to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers better,respectively is:(1)Complete the corporate governance structure?optimize the management structure;(2)Improve the internal management mechanism;(3)Make the innovation of mortgage guarantee mechanism,innovation credit products to service for agriculture,rural areas and farmers;(4)Improve the mechanism of innovation's risk management;(5)Make innovation of services to benefit agriculture,rural areas and farmers;(6)Improve the employees,comprehensive capital;(7)Complete the financial infrastructure construction;(8)Improve the level of technology;(9)Complete the rural financial ecological environment and provide safeguard mechanism for rural commercial bank service to agriculture,rural areas,farmers' financial innovation.
