Finance is the core of modern economy and bank is the important part of financing industry.Human resource management is significant to build modern enterprises system.It is also the prerequisite of the motivation system.Performance management,as the center of human resource management,is vital to promoting productivity and organizing the improvement of performance.By decomposing the strategic objective of enterprise at every level,it organically combines different department and every staff together based on certain performance principles.It inspires staff with continuous improvement and finally achieves the strategy and objective of enterprise by certain performance management tools and measures.Bank of China is one of the big national holding commercial banks.It covers commercial bank,investment bank and insurance area.It contains wholly-owned subsidiaries,such as BOC Hong Kong(Holdings)Ltd.,BOC International Holdings Limited,Bank of China Group Insurance Co.,Ltd.and Bank of China Investment Management Co.,Ltd.It provides comprehensive and excellent financing services to corporations and individuals all over the world.Bank of China has over eleven thousand networks across twenty nine countries and areas all over the word and has over two hundred and fifty thousand staffs.This article focuses on Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch and profoundly analyzes and discusses the performance management system based on related theories and developing phase,strategic objective and management status of Inner Mongolia Branch.Obeying the logic of "asking question-analyzing question-resolving question",this article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter clarifies the background,purpose and meaning of this article,indicates the performance management status and problems of state-owned enterprise,including commercial banks and points out the analytic methods and general frame of this article;The second chapter states the relevant theoretical analysis and main technical tools and lays the theoretical foundation of analyzing the design of performance management system of Inner Mongolia Branch;The third chapter briefly introduces Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch;The fourth chapter elaborates on the history,the present process,features,achievements and matters of performance management of Inner Mongolia Branch.The fifth chapter proposes five key factors influencing the performance management.This article emphasizes the connection between theory and practice and aims to analyze and discuss the performance management of Inner Mongolia Branch for propelling the lasting and high efficient development of the enterprise.
